Please review the guidelines below carefully, as returns, exchanges, or refunds are limited to specific situations. Once the order is placed, CANNOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON.
1. Quality Assurance:
We take great care in handcrafting each product with precision. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, such as a stone detaching upon opening the package, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. (Note: Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for size issues or any reason other than the defect mentioned above.)
NOTE: If the product you received differs from the order placed, please contact our team for verification. If the discrepancy is confirmed to be on our part, we will bear the ₹100 reverse shipping charge. Any additional costs, will not be covered by us for domestic shipments.
2.Returns Process:
To initiate a return:
• A compulsory unboxing video is required as proof.
• Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Our team will guide you through the steps and provide a return authorization.
3.Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, which will be verified by our team. we will bear the ₹100 reverse shipping charge. Any additional costs, will not be covered by us for domestic shipments.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your return to ensure the item’s safe delivery.
• International orders are non-returnable. Duties are paid by the customers Incase it’s raised during the delivery. DUTY Charges are not covered in shipping cost which is paid during the order placement.
• If items are damaged during transit, a full refund will be provided upon verification of the opening video. Without
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after review and clarification, credited directly to your bank account.
4.Exchange:
Exchanges are only applicable for the manufacturing defect mentioned above. We do not offer exchanges for size issues or any other reasons. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed and shipped promptly. Refunds are not provided for exchanges.
5.Timeframe:
Please allow up to 4 days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the item. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
