2.Returns Process:
To initiate a return, Opening video is compulsory and kindly reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization.
3.Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. International shipments cannot be returned. In case of damages during the transit, we will refund the full amount for the damaged goods with the proper opening video. Refund will be processed after clarification within 2-5 working days to the bank account.
4.Exchange:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your exchange and it will be shipped promptly. No Refund.
5.Timeframe:
Please allow 2 days for us to process your return from the time we receive the item. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
